★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely despicable. The doctor was 20 minutes late, he barely bothered to look at me and refused to give me a simple prescription because he wasn’t my family doctor. He was wearing filthy clothes and his demeanour was disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled an appointment to be told I had to book another appointment for allergy tests within 2 minutes of me being there. What's worse is I had to reschedule 2 appointments because the doctor (male) decided to go on vacation without notice, and they didn't even try calling me back after cancelling my last appointment. Needless to say, I changed doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here if your health problem is mental health, specifically anxiety, panic and suicidal ideation. I was basically told “I can’t help you” and walked out on. The severity of my panic disorder was not taken seriously, unbelievably so as I just came out of the hospital for it and needed a family doctor. They do not prescribe anxiety medication. Doctor was very insensitive. Not even willing to recommend another doctor. Left feeling all on my own- again. This is what causes people to feel like they have no options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing like bringing a family member in and having them leave the Dr feeling not just like they were just a number to be pushed out as fast as they came in.. But that if a previous treatment didnt work, "well then we cant help you" Thanks... glad to see you are earning the figures you demand. No wonder all the good doctors leave for the usa. Places like this should be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic is ridicules; giving priority to paperwork’s and keep calling you for follow up visit so that they can billed to Government. Required different referral for diff part of body. They won’t provide service without referral ( does not matter if you have existing referral with them or not).There are many good Dr. in city so look around and get proper treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a morning appointment set for multiple weeks in advance, with Dr. Joy. When I arrived, I was told that they were running over an hour late. After waiting for about an hour, I noticed Dr. Joy just walking in, and became curious as to why she had not been there earlier since my appointment was with her. When I asked the front desk about this, they informed me that my appointment had been changed to another doctor. No mention of this when I walked in, no phone message, they just thought it was fine to have a patient show up and wait over an hour expecting the doctor they were familiar with only for someone else to show up that had apparently only been hired that same week. Dr. Joy herself is fine, though she had not been successful in resolving my issue during my previous visits. The low rating has everything to do with how the clinic is being run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pristine Health Clinic is the best I have seen so far. Very friendly and humble physicians with healing hands. They must have a great manager. The MOAs are so lovely, respectful and good at what they do. I do recommend Pristine to everyone. It is indeed pristine, offering healing to the body , the spirit and the soul of men(humanity)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv been to a few dermatologists In the last year these guys did the minor surgery that day. They are super nice, like really down to earth people that care. they heard my story and the trouble iv been through and they took care of it. Can't recommend them enuff
