★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used Pristine Carpet Cleaners for several years. Professional and personable, Otto and Branden know their business. They clean my home /furniture like it is their own. Their equipment is immaculate and top of the line. The house is always left in excellent condition when they leave.
I like to pick Otto's brain -- he is very knowledgeable--I get good advice from him and honest assessments about the condition of my carpets.
I do not hesitate to recommend Pristine again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rec’d a quote of $160. but was charged $299. which no explanation. My carpets had your average stain and dirt build up. The edges of the stair steps were not cleaned and the one pet stain reappeared which the owner stated would happen however I purchased a $10 product which did the trick. Absolutely would never use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otto was able to get me in with a week or two notice. They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets on three floors with two sets of stairs and landings on both. The price was very reasonable, they were quick, very polite and pleasant to deal with. I will absolutely use Pristine Carpet again and highly recommend them to do your carpets!
