Total Restoration Services

When you have a home disaster it can be a very stressful time in a person’s life. Fortunately for us we were able to have both a great insurance adjuster and great restoration company. We had flood in early July 2020. Total Restoration was the company that was recommended to us from our insurance companies claims adjuster. We had the choice to use who ever we wanted but decided to go with the recommended company of Total Restoration. Coast Claims insurance services Anthony (Tony) Smith and Total Restoration’ Matthew (Matt) Folk and his crew. Tony from Coast Claims very prompt and professional in taking care of us during our water disaster.Tony explained to us how the process worked and always kept in contact with us to make sure the process was going smoothly with our cleanup and rebuild. Matt and his crew were very prompt and professional from start to finish. Starting with having a crew at our home the day after the disaster to cleaning up and trying their best to minimize any more damage by removing any wet material and drying the area with the use of large fans to get maximize airflow and at the same time a dehumidifier to help remove the moisture. They also removed the contents and made sure everything was put away safe until the rebuild was complete. Then the rebuild began, we had Ivan and Dakota come in and started the rebuild…..you couldn’t find a better crew….Ivan came in and introduced himself and Dakota and explained the process of how they were going to do the rebuild and a approximate time line. The work that was performed on the rebuild was second to none and to have Ivan there doing the work was a pleasure….very polite always a smile. We would get a call every morning that they were on their way and approximate time .they let us know they arrive and let us know when finished. We also continuous communication with Mercedes from Total Restoration to make sure we were happy with the work and when each different contractor would be at our home to do their part. I can’t say enough about the way great way we were treated from both Coast Claims and Total Restoration…..I would like to put huge thank you to Ivan for the Great workmanship and professionalism he provided….Total Restoration is very fortunate to have Ivan carry the Total Restoration name…..thanks Ivan. We used total restoration after a wildfire and they were professional and did an extremely good job cleaning our home. They came the day after calling to start the process, getting rid of our appliances and placing air scrubbers to start to get rid of the smoke smell. Everything went smoothly from there on. 100% would recommend.

Very pleased so far with the services of Conan and his team in their quick response to the damage caused from a tree on our cabin. The building was sealed off and all of the contents packed away and stored safely offsite. He has been great to deal with for the last several weeks as we go through the insurance process, and look forward to working with him on the re-build which starts soon! UPDATE: The repairs and re-build were completed this past summer; we were very pleased with the care and attention to detail Total Restoration carried throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Conan and his team to anyone in need of their services!

In July 25th of 2021 our "On Demand" water heater decided to leak causing damage to walls and floors in our laundry room, kitchen and pantry. Total Restoration came in the next day and started clean up. This isn't a fast "fix" by any means but the people from Total Restoration helped us through it every step of the way. They were professional, hard working, dependable and kind when we needed them to be (there were definitely days we needed that)! On October 29th we got our home back and it is better than ever. If anyone needs to have restoration work done after a flood or fire don't hesitate to use Total Restoration!

I can't say enough praise regarding the service I received following the water damage cleanup and repairs I received from Total Restoration in Vernon. The crews and office staff were polite, respectful and helpful. The work from the drying out process, carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring and cleaning was well done and on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Total Restoration in Vernon again if needed.

Total Restoration was amazing after our basement flooded! They came out right away, helped us find a plumber who was reasonably priced and able to complete the repair on a Sunday, and took care of everything every step of the way. They were easy to contact when we had any questions and we were so happy with the work they did.

My husband and I cannot say enough about the quality, workmanship, professionalism and follow up that Total Restoration gave us during a very trying time. Though everything looks so troublesome when an event occurs, they make everything so smooth and the final results are beyond expectations. I give them a full 10!!!

We are very happy with the work done by Total Restoration on a recent insurance claim. Initial response time was excellent, work needed was assessed quickly and a work plan generated. Tear out and clean up of the damage was quick and well done. Then in the restoration, Andrew in particular did an excellent job in the carpentry, dry-wall work and painting (and by Julia) - and was excellent to deal with personally. There would be no hesitation at all for us to use Total Restoration again should the need arise.
