Since we were moving to Vernon from Manitoba, we weren't sure who to contact regarding lawyers and mortgage brokers. He recommended many highly qualified and knowledgeable professionals to help us as well as kept us up-to-date with how the process was going as we were trying to remove all conditions. I had used two other firms previously (and numerous designated mangers) and Thor was a welcome change. He has managed the property with professionalism and great integrity. He has attended to any issues in a timely fashion and has provided excellent advice on our approach to issues as they arose. I think that the final mark of a strong property manager is that he is well regarded by myself and my tenants.

As tenants, we specifically appreciated how clearly he communicated expectations to us and as previous homeowners, we always felt that the expectations were reasonable. To anyone considering renting a unit managed by Thor: dealing with him was perhaps the best experience I've had as a tenant.

From there we were able to utilize our time efficiently and found what we were looking for in our price range.
