★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we found out we were moving to Vernon, a friend recommended Stephen Bearss with 3% Realty, we reached out to Stephen and he responded right away. He answered all of our questions (we had a lot of them) promptly and if he didn't know the answer to a question he would find the answer as quickly as possible and let us know. He was knowledgeable of Vernon and the surrounding area and easy to chat with. He was friendly and accommodating with our timelines for traveling down to view homes. When we finally purchased our new home, he followed up with us after a couple of weeks to see how we were doing. He's a kind person and I would recommend Stephen as a realtor.
