He took the time to explain the current market conditions and the various real estate requirements that affected us. While the first deal we had fell through for insurance reasons, the second deal followed in less than a week and closed successfully within three weeks! I would highly recommend Justin and the team at Value Plus 3% to look after your real estate transaction.
