★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a long day and stopped by for some winter and car essentials. I'll admit I was tired and didn't want to look very long through the aisles. Well, Joshua came to my rescue! He looked up every item I needed to ensure it was in stock and walked me over to pick up each one. Love my umbrella, red snowbrush and car mats! Thank you for your patience and spectacular customer service. A wonderful first visit...I'll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brand new store in a new location on Victoria St in Whitby. Large, well laid out, with almost everything a handy person or professional needs for home, farm and business maintenance. Almost every tool known is sold here. Wheelchair parking and wheelchair accessible. Washroom on site. Outdoor supplies too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow the new store is much brighter. The handicapped parking needs to be installed, its too far away by Pet Smart! The staff seem nicer too, maybe because of the upgraded environment.

Princess Auto is a great place for so many hardware and utility items needed around the house and property.
Tons of hand tools, equipment, hardware and more!
Side bonus, this plaza is much easier to get in and out of as compared to their old spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the customer service here very disappointing. Was trying to find something in the flyer. Finally found someone who avoided eye contact with us I said excuse so I guess he had no choice but to help us. Told us he was sure both things were sold out. Off he went. Spoke to another person who also did not seem to want to be there. Not a friendly place to be for sure. Won't rush back.

Staff was exceptionally helpful , felt strange as many Box stores staff Hide. 3 huge aisles of surplus -savings This Location has many great stores In the same plaza. For kids/ pets/ home improvement/ food. Plenty of parking Just off the highway
