★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product but totally in agreement with the inability of accessing store directly. Trying to get a simple tool questioned answered took 2 hours out of my day locating a insulation fastener. Not acceptable Hilti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their tools and the service once inside the store is impeccable. But good luck trying to call them. The way Hilti sets up its phone service is absolutely infuriating. Honestly, why can i just call the store to place an order, instead having to go through a call center in who knows where. If our shop wasn't so close i'd shop elsewhere.

Very high quality products.
Warranties where no one else would.
Only negative is the price. If everything else is great, what can you expect? I've purchased many things from Hilti, and have had no issues whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason Hilti doesn't get 5 stars is because of their hours of operation. Online they say open till 5 but the store closed at 4. It was very disappointing for me when I shut my job down early to make them to find out they were closed. As always though the customer experience and the product I purchased was top shelf!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been with hilti for long time but i never expect such bad service from warranty , i bring my broken screwgun to be fix under warranty , i been told is gonna take 5 buisness day ... after 2 week i call back asking what happen .. part are back order and they expect to have some in mid august ( i bring my screwgun in MAY ) .. so then i go back to the store to found a solution ... i was open to anything so i can go back to work , have a old model replacement , borrow one ... discount ... ANYTHING ... but after speaking 30min with the man in charge ... he was only able to offer my a USED CORD screwgun (( wich are so old they dont even give warranty for this one even brand new ))
so am now back home waiting 2month and half to get my tool fix ... WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ? BUY ANOTHER HILTI
Loll ... not a fkin chance
definitely the last tool i will ever buy from Hilti
Once i tell the story to some friends i figure everyone that went to get something fix got same experiance
THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING BIG MONEY WITH THEM ... any home depot would replace ur broken tool in a minute
AND BY A NEW ONE and they will cost a fraction of the price
