J	Jaime Le Francois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this cab service twice in the past few months and have had great, efficient service both times. Be sure to bring cash or a credit card...both times I've been in a their cabs recently, I recall there not being an option to pay by debit.
S	Shay Myst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an important appointment today and phoned 2 hours ahead to make sure I could have a taxi at the my departure time. I even asked if I should book a bit earlier because it was important I left at the correct time. When the taxi did not arrive as scheduled, I called and was told I was "in the queue" No indication on how long I should wait. I called Emerald Taxi and they came within 5 minutes. I used to use PG Taxi whenever I needed a ride at a specific time but after today, I just don't think it is worth my stress levels. While I do understand that rushes happen and one customer means very little, I do think the dispatcher should have: a.) encouraged me to book earlier if I was worried b.) ensure that a taxi was there since it was prebooked or c.) informed me at a reasonable time so I could have rescheduled. An option on the App to notify of high wait times could have accomplished this. For now, my business will be going with Emerald as they picked me up promptly the 3 times I needed them today.
A	Alicia Grobler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since moving to PG in November, we have been stuck waiting for a taxi for over 30minutes twice. This was one of the major pulls to buying a car. It seems the problem lies in the system, there is no queue or track my ride system in place.
A	Aedan Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually have good experiences with PG Taxi but this time it was awful. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. The credit machine was down so I offered to pay the trip to a gas station to take out cash, he refused to leave my driveway because he had already taken another fare and wanted me to pay and get out. Repeatedly told me to carry cash, and when the machine finally worked he told me I had wasted his time. The machine didn't give me an option to tip so as I was getting out (even after his attitude) I apologized for not being able to tip because the option didn't come up... he said "yeah, just get out of my car" and as I closed the door he pulled a fast u-turn and peeled away. By far the absolute worst experience I ever had with PG Taxi, and I've had some bad ones (like drivers asking if they could spank me ?)... but normally they are fairly decent and really nice. This has turned me off of using them and guaranteed that I will tell everyone I know about how terrible this driver/experience was!

When i booked the ride, i got a message the ride was few metres away.I just called to complain about order a ride which was taking long as I was running late. The one who answered told me everyone is late, I should give them a break and just hang up . I call again and receive rude treatment. This is the worst any custcan experience and I will not recommend this taxi service.

Then I called to complain about the driver and the dispatcher just hung up on me and banned me from getting taxis. Weird experience, definitely have a bad dispatcher and driver on today! What ever happened to professionalism?
C	Clayton Tenorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommend this Taxi Company! I am a Manager in a Hotel in Quesnel , about 1.5 hour south of PG, and I have a guest needed a ride to PG Airport. Local Cab in town can not do the trip to PG. So I decided to contact PG Taxi and spoke to the Manager, Sam. Very polite and accommodating. I am very pleased with the service and the rates are reasonable. THANK YOU, PG TAXI!

Even in the case of living in a sh1t location that the drivers hate going to, they STILL show up, with great attitudes that makes the transaction go smoothly. There has also been times when I had less then the fare or didn't have enough to make it to my destination, I HAVE NEVER IN SUCH CASES EVER HAD TO WALK THE REST OF THE WAY, 100 % OF THE TIME THE WONDERFUL DRIVER TOOK IT UPON THEM SELFS TO DRIVE ME ALL THE WAY TO MY DESTINATION!!! THANK YOU TO ALL YOUR DRIVERS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!!
