Charlie and the team at Pretty Plans are amazing! They made our planning process and wedding day so easy, organized and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie for over the year since Covid-19 impacted our date, and she handled all of our changes and updates like a true professional making sure everything remained organized, on time and on budget. My husband and I cannot express how happy we are that we hired Charlie and her amazing team to execute our wedding day :) We had initially asked Charlie for day of coordination and to help coordinate a few weeks out to help us get ourselves organized before the big day. We realized early on we didn't want to dislike the process of planning our wedding, and asked Charlie if she could take on the rest of our wedding planning. It was stressful enough to make big decisions when selecting vendors and it was another trying to plan the wedding during the ebbs and flows of the pandemic. Charlie and her team dove right in and provided us with all the tools, checklists and lists of vendors to best suit our needs for our big day. The team was on it, they were incredibly responsive both to us and to the vendors we were dealing with to make sure we had everything we wanted for our big day. On the day of our wedding Randi and Nicole were absolutely INCREDIBLE the whole day, they were literally the glue keeping the day together. The ceremony space and our reception space looked STUNNING, and exactly how we envisioned it all coming together. Our family and bridal party had nothing but good things to say about Randi and Nicole and loved how they were keeping everything on track and going smoothly. We received a lot of compliments on how beautiful everything looked, we honestly could not have been happier. A few weeks before the wedding I remember having a mini meltdown and just saying I don't know how people try to plan such a big day without professionals by their side, they work so hard to bring it all together, it is worth every penny. Having you guys help plan and coordinate the wedding was the best decision we could have made :)

Charlie and the Pretty Plans team are an absolute pleasure to work with! I was a very stressed bride towards the end as we had to change our reception plans due to Covid-19 and Charlie was there every step of the way to keep me together! Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and there were no issues and that is truly thanks to Charlie and her team! Charlie is also always available to answer any questions you may have and her response time is impeccable. I would highly recommend them for your big day.

I cannot speak higher of Charlie and our experience with her planning our wedding. From start to finish she was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our big day stress free! Planning a wedding during Covid was not easy, but she was always there to calm my nerves/provide me support when I was worried. I originally thought I could get away with just using my venue coordinator, but I decided to book Charlie for the 2 months/day of leading up to my wedding. It was honestly the best decision I could have made. If you are looking for a wedding planner I seriously recommend working with Charlie and Pretty Plans!

I think one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process was to hire Charlie and the Pretty Plans team. My husband and I still tell people how great Charlie was, and how we couldn’t have enjoyed the day without her. We hired Pretty Plans for the month of planning but had I wanted to take a more hands off approach I would have loved to have hire her to plan the whole thing! From day one when we spoke to Charlie, she was super organized, easy to talk to, and kept it straight to the point. We planned a Hindu wedding, and it was great that Charlie was already familiar with some of our customs and traditions. We were super surprised when Charlie reached out to us during the lockdown to just check in on us and see how our planning was going. She even took the time to meet with us and give us some advice as to what we could do next while we waited out the covid situation. Leading up to the wedding, we couldn’t have done it without Charlie. She was on top of everything, and was in touch with all our vendors and gave them all the details so they were ready for the day. I don’t know how much time she saved us. We were super busy with pre-wedding activities and she was communicating with our vendors to finalize everything. She even sorted out catering additions to our rentals, which we found out last minute! On the day of the wedding, I felt like Charlie had everything handled. I remember meeting her as soon as I got to the venue, and when I got to the bridal suite she had my flowers with my dad’s charm already tied to the bouquet ready for me. It was those little things that she didn’t forget that made my day. If you’re reading this, wondering if you should hire Pretty Plans, I’m telling you, you should and you will be very happy choosing Charlie and Pretty Plans. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding planner to choose Pretty Plans!

We had Charlie be our month-of-coordinator and wouldn't have had it any other way. She was amazing to work with from beginning to end and was very detail-oriented and organized. I am an organized person myself, so it was reassuring to see the effort put in to planning our day. We literally wouldn't have had the same successful, amazing day without her and her assistant Emily's help. She solved problems on the day of gracefully and quickly, even without my knowing until after! On the day, we never had to think about where we had to be or what time it was, she was always there to make sure we were on schedule and that we knew what we were doing next. We could just really enjoy every moment with zero worries. We were blown away by their execution of our decorations and they even made the memorial stairs with lots of candles, really really special. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would. She is amazing at what she does. She's professional, graceful, quick, and best of all fun to be around. She also responded to emails at lightning speed and we always felt taken care of. Hire Charlie and her team for your big day and you will not regret it!!!
