★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding this store was such a pleasant surprise for me as it is full of top notch brands! Best local pet store around, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my dogs and cats. I am so lucky to live nearby, but it’s very worth the drive even if you don’t. This place is a hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My and my 2 dogs’ fav pet shop! Every morning when I take a walk with Harley and Jack, they pull me into this store, jump right in there, and say hi to the owners to ask for goodies. Even if it’s too early and they haven’t opened the store yet, my two kids sit still in front of the closed door and wait until they open the store door.
Not only because of my dogs’ love for them, but I love this store and the owner couple very much. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Having such a store near our house is real luck for us. I support their business and what they stand for, tremendously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sydney and Jimmy are absolutely amazing. I have two large German Shepherd mixes, one who is 12 years old and the other is a puppy, and they have been absolutely incredible with helping me with both dogs needs. Highly recommended. If I could give 500 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved to Yorkville recently and love the service. One time the store owner even helped carry a 20lb kibble bag across the street to my condo (it was too heavy for me). They are always friendly and welcoming. I saw a comment about the store being disorganized which I don't think so... they have a small space with a lot of merchandise and products so it could be perceived as a clutter vs. larger stores or franchises that have a lot of space to showcase their products but I think it adds to the charm of a small boutique shop. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly cannot emphasize enough how much I love this place! Jimmy and Sydney care so much when it comes to the customers and their pets. I have shopped at this pet store for years now and have always had a good experience, but their service during covid has been especially phenomenal. Whenever I need any supplies replenished for my Rex, i'll just text Sydney my order, and her and Jimmy will then deliver it to my door a few hours later in a smooth and hassle-less manner (they provide same-day delivery for those living within central Toronto!). I can see on their Instagram that, just like they do for me, they keep in touch and interact with their other customers in a very caring way. The customer service is always personal and heartfelt, and I always feel appreciated and welcome when shopping with Jimmy and Sydney. While the store is a small one, they keep it stocked with top quality products (which is important for me since I only want the best for Rex!) - they'll definitely have everything you need and are also very knowledgable when it comes to caring for dogs and cats at all the different stages of their life from puppy/kitten all the way to senior. Rex used to absolutely love coming into the store for attention, pets, and treats back when covid wasn't a thing - he would never want to leave! I already know how excited he'll be to come back to the store when things calm down :)
