Tu parles directement à une infirmière qui est très gentille, douce et à l’écoute. Personne est pressé, elles sont vraiment patiente.
J’ai fait mon test de dépistage le lundi soir (elles sont très accomodantes avec leurs heures d’ouverture!!) et j’ai reçu mes résultats le samedi!! L’infirmière a prit le temps de m’appeler le samedi, j’étais tellement contente!!
Très reconnaissante de cette clinique et de l’accompagnement de qualité qu’elles offrent?
Amazing service from A to Z!
You speak directly to a nurse who is very kind, gentle and attentive. No one is in a hurry, they are really patient.
I did my screening test on Monday evening (they are very accommodating with their opening hours !!) and I received my results on Saturday !! The nurse took the time to call me on Saturday, I was so happy !!
Very grateful for this clinic and the quality support they offer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne suis pas allée chez prénato encore. J'ai appelé pour avoir des renseignements. Je suis tombée sur l'infirmière la plus humaine au monde. Elle a contacté ses connaissances pour m'obtenir des informations et me rassurer alors que je ne suis même pas encore cliente chez eux. Pour moi, cela a fait une vraie différence et je n'hésiterais pas 1 seconde à faire appel à eux.
I haven't been to prenato yet. I called for information. I ran into the most human nurse in the world. She contacted her acquaintances to get me information and reassure me that I am not even a customer with them yet. For me it made a real difference and I wouldn't hesitate 1 second to call on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un service hors pair! Les 2 infirmières avec qui nous avons parlé étaient très à l'écoute, rassurante et gentille. Nous avons fait les tests dans une clinique affiliée, mais le suivi a été impeccable! Que du positif à dire sur Prenato :)
Unparalleled service! The 2 nurses with whom we spoke were very attentive, reassuring and kind. We did the tests at an affiliated clinic, but the follow-up was impeccable! What a positive thing to say about Prenato :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne vous fiez pas à leur promesse de résultats en 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Ils sont supposés mentionner que rien n'est garanti et que cela dépend de la disponibilité des résultats. Par contre, à 3 reprises (lors de la prise de rendez-vous initiale, lorsqu'ils m'ont appelés pour changer mon rendez-vous de date et sur place lors du prélèvement), on m'a promis des résultats avant Noël.
Finalement, ils ont su avant Noël que mon premier échantillon analysé ne rencontrait pas les normes de qualité et que le deuxième échantillon devrait être analysé. Mais personne ne m'a appelé avant Noël pour m'aviser du délai additionnel. Résultat, j'ai passé un bon 4 jours pendant le congé de Noël à m'inquiéter que mon bébé n'était pas en santé.
Je prends la peine de souligner le suivi rigoureux de la part de Marie-Eve, infirmière clinicienne, qui a pris mon dossier en charge suite à ma plainte et qui a respecté sa parole en me faisant un suivi adéquat.
Oui, tout le personnel est sympathique, mais gardez-vous des réserves lorsqu'on vous fait des promesses.
Don't be fooled by their promise of results in 3 to 5 business days. They are supposed to mention that nothing is guaranteed and that it depends on the availability of the results. On the other hand, on 3 occasions (when making the initial appointment, when they called me to change my date and on site during the sample), I was promised results before Christmas.
Finally, they knew before Christmas that my first sample analyzed did not meet quality standards and that the second sample should be analyzed. But no one called me before Christmas to advise me of the additional delay. As a result, I had a good 4 days over Christmas break worrying that my baby was unhealthy.
I take the trouble to underline the rigorous follow-up on the part of Marie-Eve, nurse clinician, who took charge of my case following my complaint and who respected her word by giving me adequate follow-up.
Yes, all the staff are friendly, but beware of any promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really poor service with everything related to communication with Prenato. They did not make it clear that the ultrasound is not conducted by them but a vendor for which they did not provide contact information. As a result, we ended up at the wrong address and almost missed our appointments. EVERY TIME I tried and called this clinic, no one answered. I only got emailed back.... I also asked for the bill to be in English so I could submit it to my insurance. They sent it in French and then when I tried to reach out to get it in English it was impossible to speak to anyone. Highly recommend you find another clinic.
