About Premium Comfort Ltd.
Jason and Kathleen Longpre are the owner/operators of Premium Comfort Ltd. They began the journey of small business owners in 2012 and have now been in business for 10 years! Jason comes with years of experience in his field; he is a Red Seal Journeyman, certified in air balancing via NCI and is HRAI certified.
Jason and Kathleen grew up in Southern Alberta and have chosen to make Medicine Hat their home. They have three children, Makenna, Aiden, and Carter that keep them very busy. When they aren’t at work you can find them at the hockey rink coaching and cheering them on.
Jason and Kathleen have made it a goal at Premium Comfort to give back to the community that supports them. With every installation of Napoleon Equipment they donate $50/unit to Halo Air Ambulance, all year long!

He was the only repair company that answered when I called, which was a huge relief when I was freezing and it was holiday. Very professional and was able to fix the issue very quickly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Jason come rescue our family from the freezing cold on many occasion. It got to the point where fixing my old furnace was not worth it anymore, Jason recommended to switching out the furnace I agreed so we swapped it out (By WE i mean him and his helper). He is very punctual professional and always good to give you his opinion. Also after just about a year of the install I thought I had an issue with the furnace he came out and showed me the air pipe was blocked showed me how to clear it out. Thanks for the assistance in everything I would recommend Jason for heating and cooling to anyone.

We were in the midst of negotiations for the purchase of our first home and we were advised by our inspector to have the furnace in the home we were looking at checked out. Jason knew we were in a time crunch, was very responsive and prioritized meeting with us to give us an assessment. He quickly got us the write-up we needed for our paperwork. Extremely friendly, professional and thorough.
