Very personable, and has a very professional attitude. Will 100% be using Design Air for any of my HVAC needs! Also will be recommending to my friends, and family.

They let me know everything that was going to happen and what they needed to do. They answered every question I had in a timely manner and even after the install when I had a couple questions, they were super helpful. Design Air is awesome and I'd highly recommend them.

The vent lines from the old furnace were an ugly eyesore, the guys cleaned it up and now it looks professionally done. After install the follow up was great with the explanation of our new equipment and what to look for if we have issues. They definitely go above and beyond when it comes to making the customer happy. 5 stars is an understatement should be able to give more. Would recommend Design Air to anyone looking for heating or AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Design Air for 10 years. I can not say enough about this company. I had an issue last night with my furnace. Someone was here within 30 minutes and got me up and running. The tech that came last night was extremely friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was excellent. AND, it was covered by my warranty, so no charge! Highly recommend them. I would give 10 stars if I could.
