★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on the Pizza Hut app. When I went to checkout on the app, it had added a lot of extra toppings, ones that I hadn't chosen. It was difficult to go back to fix things, and it took 2 extra tries to get it right. I had ordered Thin and Crispy crust. The pizza crust was fairly cooked, but no where near crispy, and not what I would consider thin. The amount of toppings were a joke. One topping , mushrooms, was missing on one pizza, and the rest were horribly minimal. The other pizza, was double pineapple and pepperoni. There was minimal pineapple, less than I would have expected on a single order, and only 4 pieces on pepperoni on the entire medium pizza. The worst part, was that there was a very long light colored hair between the cheese and the crust. There wasn't one good thing to report about this experience. I'll never go to Pizza Hut again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sitting here eating my pizza hut order in Montreal and I'm just so sad. It is nowhere near as good as when I ordered the exact same thing in the Hat. In fact, I've tried a few places now, and been disappointed every time. These guys are doin it right, it was delicious (both times), they were generous with their ingredients, my maple bacon actually tasted like maple bacon (gods Montreal, get it right!) and even their packaging is better (I'm not saying environmentally better...just more sensible.) Also their staff have been very friendly and welcoming. I didn't eat at the restaurant because who eats pizza...at the restaurant?! So I can't speak for their dine-in experience, but every thing else was just perfect. I can't wait until my next time in the hat, I'm going to order from there every day. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location. Food was fresh and hot and great value. For a big chain these guys make a good pizza pie. As a professional driver I travel a lot and with Covid it’s nice to see an establishment that knows how to treat customers right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually pretty good but NOT TONIGHT - the sauce was literally non existent and the pizza was very greasy. I am online with their customer service right now and have been on hold forever. I guess they are overwhelmed with complaints tonight.
