★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first visit. The staff were excellent from the front desk to the exam rooms. Everyone were professional and yet personable. The rooms were clean and equipment was sanitized before it was used on us. Dr. Ngo answered my questions completely. I ordered glasses and Optician lady
" Karen" was also so professional and very freindly . She helped me find the best eye glasses to fit better on my face and explained what my insurance covered . So far very satisfied with the excellent care provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precision eye care made my vision better with a smile on my face. Dr. Laura Chan did a comprehensive eye exam for me. She is super friendly. Alex was really helpful while helping me to pick out my glasses. She checked my insurance coverage and worked with it. I picked out a glasses and sent them an email that I don't really like the frame after receiving it. Kind Alex asked me to come back. But then, I realized that I actually like the glasses after taking few photos with it. The fact that they were willing to help me in my unsure state won my heart. Thank you all!!!

I have been seeing her regularly for the last year after a Dry Eye disease diagnosis. She offered me the most extensive diagnostic tests and advanced treatment options (including the Lumenis M22 IPL and EndyMed Pure 2.0 Radio Frequency) than I had been offered elsewhere.
She is dedicated to the understanding and treatment of ocular surface disease and works tirelessly to bring her patients relief.
I am so grateful for her fantastic care, skill, and enthusiasm. She is a wonderful Doctor (and human being) and together with her assistant, Trista – you will be in very capable hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in the city! Highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Simple and generally quick to get in for an appointment. I have the utmost trust and appreciation for Dr. Chai and everyone at this practice. Well worth the drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chai is easily the best eye doctor I've been to in a decade - friendly, knowledgeable, and has a likewise equipped team working with her. They have a high tech dry eye repair clinic, and I left with some new drops to combat my dry eyes in this rough AB climate.
My husband and I picked out a new pair of glasses each, and are excited to bring our baby next year for their first eye exam ?
I'd recommend this clinic over pretty much any other eye clinic in the Edmonton Area.
