★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i use dust queen's services for a good deep clean every couple of months. today they shampooed my carpets as well. i love the online platform where i can choose cleaning packages and specific ad-ons. i can usually book a cleaning within a few days whereas the other cleaning service i've used in edmonton (while doing quite good quality work) is booked out a couple of weeks and does not have a convenient online order process. the cleaners are always professional, efficient, and friendly. i have used their services about 5 times in the past year and have always been satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team came to my house to do a deep clean of a basement area and bathroom that had been long neglected. Area was used a smoker and there was tons of cat hair. The team throughly cleaned and transformed the area and bath into a sparkling clean room that felt like a new house! I loved the extras they did that were beyond my expectation and the lovely little touches. The team was very professional and very pleasant. I feel so fortunate to have found DustQueen. I will definitely hire them again for a deep clean and then on a regular monthly basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommended Dust Queen to me years ago and we've been with them ever since. I'm a little picky with cleaning but we've had nothing but outstanding service every time. Brittany is like family!! She and Courtney are very thorough and they leave our place sparkling clean every time, doing their work "around" three guys who work at home, as well as our little dog!! The people in head office have also been great...they go out of their way to help if we have to make a special request. We recently had to leave town to take care of my folks out of province. I had no concerns - they know the routine and are the utmost in professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Dust Queen team! I have used them on my own home, our rental property and my parents home. Every time the service is outstanding. The cost is a bit higher than others, but so worth it. If you are like us. Work outside of the home/have a business/look after parents/kids etc then this service is a treat that you need to give yourself. Knowing that they are totally dependable and do an amazing job EVERY time let's me make the most of our down time and weekends. All I need to worry about when I get home is what red wine to open before guests arrive!!! The great experience here starts with Sam on the phone taking the bookings. She is responsive, friendly and super cheerful!!! Thank you for all you do to help us stay on top of everything!

They also provided excellent service to my elderly mother in law. She was always so excited to see “my girls”. They treated her with such care and respect. I also find the office staff friendly and amenable to any changes I need. Great communication. I recommend Dust Queen to any one looking for high quality, customer focussed cleaning services. They treat my home as if it were their own!
