They came back 5 times to 'fix' it and it still leaked. When I was frustrated and said I hope you get it right this time, they said I was verbally abusive. Their workers spent more time on smoke breaks than working. We've had to fix so much since they left

His very detailed estimate became a working document and he was always available for explanations & help. In a time when the insurer would not even send out an adjustor, Precision plus their sub trades, showed up on time & were helpful & respectful. When we had to make a cash settlement with the insurer, Precision listened to our concerns & were totally flexible, in spite of losing some of their projected revenue. It was a great experience & we would recommend Precision & especially Shawn -our "guy".

Nick and John were always reliable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Even if there were minor challenges, they got it done and done right. We are VERY pleased with their work, their contractors and their professionalism.

Nick, the owner was very transparent through-out the entire process, keeping us well informed as things developed. John, our site supervisor, orchestrated effective time schedules with all trades and materials and any question’s we had along this process were always communicated back to us with reassurance and confidence that the job will be completed correctly. We were in good hands with John. All trade Contactor’s were exceptional, and we can honestly say, did the work as if it were their own home. Precision Builder’s prides itself with professional quality work, the very reason why this is our second time using them. We highly recommend Precision Builders for a job done right! Their team was able to handle all of the work stemming from our water leak (drywall repair and painting, cabinetry repair, furniture movement, plumbing, hardwood refinishing, etc.) without us having to worry about handling any of the logistics of dealing with multiple contractors. They were very accommodating of our schedules and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. The workers, once on site, were also quick to the task and very personable. Very happy with the quality of the work, our floors turned out better than ever. Would happily work with Precision Builders again in the future, though hopefully for a planned renovation instead!
