★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unauthorized work done on a customers piece of equipment and was billed for all the extra work. Phoned to see if we could come to an agreement and was told "the pumps worth it" and they already had the time in it, so pay the bill. Very unprofessional.
How do I explain to my customer that he's getting billed for work we never asked to be done?

Even when there are issues, they are at the table and sort them out like any good business does! (I was kidding about them opening in 1805, that was actually the year the owner was born... ?)
