N	Nak Sung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys don't even deserve one star. The whole service took less than 10 minutes including the setup time for moving their tools to start the work and wrap up. They said the service covers aeration, power raking, hand raking and fertilizer, but I'm very skeptical if that is the case. First of all, even after the work, I still see tons of dead grass on my front and backyard. So I would have to rake the yard again myself. Second, normally, aeration works make very noticeable results like a lot of holes and pieces of soil came out through the aeration work on the ground. After their visit, I checked the front and backyard, but I could barely see holes and debris. If I wasn't aware they did the work, I wouldn't have noticed that aeration had been done. Third, there is no such thing as responsibility, professionalism, commitment for them. I called them to complain about the service performed after their visit and the guy on the call committed to send someone to investigate the situation on June 3, but nobody showed up without any explanation. This is actually no surprise, because you can easily find lots of similar complaints from the Google reviews. In a nutshell, I would say their service is not something sellable. Thus, if you have any plans to have someone work on your backyard, stay away from these guys.

Like others they offered me a summer of fertilization and weed control for $150. They came back to fertilize, took my money and haven’t seen them since. They won’t even return my calls. DO NOT USE!!! They take your money and run!
T	Tasha Genge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had these guys come out to do their Spring Clean Up package. Power rake, aeration and fertilizer. Paid full price by phone on credit card as I was not at home. Price was to include front and back yards. April 21st they came and charged my card. Fast forward to May 15th and I go to do some planting only to discover the back yard hadn't been touched for a spring clean. Starting the very painful back and forth at that time with the company. It is now May 31st and still nothing resolved. Sent pictures on day one. The following day I went to the front to do some planting...removed 4 bags of dead grass from there as well. Does look like the aeration was done on the font, but not the power Rake for sure! Do not hire these guys...I should have checked reviews before I did. Very disappointing...neighbors even asked "didn't you pay someone to do that?" When they saw me cleaning up the yards! Embarrassing
J	Joyontee Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT HAPPY with these guys and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They came and did the work in like 20 mins which I didn't think was enough. The guys were good and even gave us some good advice. But I had paid $40 extra for weed control and their apparatus was not working well. They barely just spread a few drops and left in a hurry. My yard has been full of weed since then. Once I complained, they offered to come twice to do a round of weed control but TWICE they did not show up. Now they are not even picking up the phone - I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks! We have 2 other friends in the neighborhood where they also did not show up. Very unprofessional management, stay away from them.
E	E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neighbors and I had a scheduled date with this company for their landscaping services for about one month or so in advance, unfortunately due to Calgary weather the original appointment had to be canceled. Been trying to reschedule another date with them but no luck calling us back or sending us a message with a possible new date for the past two weeks. We did wanted to have business with them from the great reviews posted in here, we do hope to have them come over next season in 2022.
S	Susan Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It saddens me to share this review. The day of service, the crew comes outside of the window of hours allotted, I didn’t feel comfortable with that. I prefer to be home when work is being down. A man kept calling me to up sell disposal of grass. Did a very mediocre job, of my yard, told me I needed to call the company to discuss the specific amount of “bags of grass” I wanted to have removed if I wanted a better job done. I held off on remitting payment until I spoke to management. He came back and damaged my property because my concerns resulted in him being sent home. My neighbour, luckily, who was also a police officer helped me repair all the damage he caused, (to my gate door) and fence. Really disappointing. Roxy, who also is the manager, is not good at calling back. Just a heads up. Not worth the headache. Do not use. Very remorseful and I will never go for companies that do adverts door to door without checking reviews. Ever.

Two guys showed up and had both front and back yard done in under 20 minutes - it was like watching a race lol There was maybe two holes aerated in the front yard and a handful in the back. Within two weeks we had an infestation of dandelions in the backyard (didn't previously have an issue). I called to discuss concerns. No answer, so I left a voice-mail. A month later someone called to apologize and "make it right" by offering 50% off a new package consisting of fertilizer and weed control for the rest of summer. I declined stating I will not give them more money for a new service when they didn't even complete the initial service properly. I had already pulled out the weeds myself and spent more money on seed and fertilizer. I told her I'd consider it if they came and aerated the yard properly. She agreed and booked me in. The night before we were scheduled we removed all the toys and play structures from the lawn and these guys didn't even bother to show up! I left a message and tried calling two more times over the weekend and they just completely ghosted me. Garbage company with garbage service. Don't spend your money here.

Paid in advance for weed control for the summer - which I should not have done and it is illegal for a company to take payment inadvance. The first time he did come- in June- he over sprayed, damaged the lawn and inspite of repeated attempts and seeding we have to wait until next summer. And, other than the one time in June when I payed the full amount he never showed up again. Ivan, do you think you have the right to keep someone's money and not do the work? Where is your character and integrity? NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAM.
