I normally goto the same lot pretty regularly and almost every time I try to put money in and it flashes "no charge parking period" well I ended up getting a ticket and the lady on the phone told me there is ALWAYS a way to pay and hung up on me.. completely ignoring the fact I have a video of what the machine says. Now they have sent it to collections with an extra 75$ on it claiming they've sent me letters and phoned me..not once have they done either.

Unnecessary ticket, even I provide my booking confirmation and explained and I was told under 2 hours no need to REGISTER your plate, they decline my request! This business is there to get money and its not fair at all!!!!!!!!

Paid for parking until 4 pm at SFU off season and was ticketed at 1pm. I sent them a copy of my paid receipt and ticket to prove I paid and that when I punch in my licence number the machine did not show the first number of my plate on it, so it recorded 45 XEE instead of 345 XEE I think any intelligent person can deduce that with only one car in that parking lot all day paying that is the actual car. They offered to reduce the $50 ticket to $25 for their admin cost. saying I didn't record my plate number but there it is on the ticket, maybe their machine is faulty and there is no way to correct a error once that ticket is printed. what a scam, not paying! and would be more than happy to go to disputes court over this one. Really tacky! Most parking companies have a one time leniency policy but not these scammers!

Absolute scam. I didn't park in their lot, got stuck at the front gate. They wrote down my license plate number and gave me a $100 ticket. When I refuted it they refused and charged me more.

Absolute scam company. I always pay for my parking and this is only the one or two times I've ever gotten a ticket. Called in to dispute my parking ticket with my receipt and the guy answer the phone was very rude and dismissive. Won't be doing business here again.

Do not do business with this company. Gave ticket for a licence plate that expired over 20 years ago in 2002. Required to contact ICBC to get a letter proving the licence plate was expired even through they got my information from ICBC. They were emailed proof from ICBC and they sent it to a collection agency anyway. Can't call and speak to anyone and the email address they provide gets no replies. Company ignores any evidence provided and just hope people give up and pay. Completely unethical.

I sent in cheque for fine, then ten days later, I get a notice that I haven't paid and increased fine to $175 from the original $100. When I tried calling in, they didn't even pick up. Total scam business. I hope they get a class action lawsuit or something.

The company is simply collecting more money (transaction fee) from customers when their system went wrong, instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience they put on their customers. I will keep my car away from Precise Park signs from now on. In a 15mins cold call, Precise Park's phone lady declared that I missed the parking fee three weeks ago, which was caused by their malfunctioning machine (she acknowledged) and the neglecting on-site administrator who gave me no instructions at the gate, so I had to leave. Although I gave the on-site administrator all the parking information, he didn't bother to charge, and he never explained their late-charge solution; he just hung the phone, even after I asked how to pay and swiped my credit card (but no charge happened). Precise Park now asked me to pay the transaction fee on top of the parking fee which is unfair to me because I didn't cause the failure and I should not be over-charged by doing all things the administrator asked. On the other hand, that day, I was blocked at the site for over 10mins because of the trouble (luckily, no other cars were waiting after me). But the lady on the phone was not showing any sorry for my inconvenience. I am deeply disappointed. After hanging up, I did a quick check on google because I don't believe that any company can survive doing their business with such indifference to their customers. I actually thought the phone was a new fraud. Surprisingly, the company does exist, and they dare to over-charge 100 dollars. Glad/Sad to know I am not the only one. The F rate from BBB(better business bureau) is well deserved. BTW, the F rate has been there for many years.
