★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came into acquire two iPhone and 2 Apple watches and move our mobility company account from TELUS to SaskTel. We were paying for all of our devices upfront Kori Kallis served us and she was absolutely exceptional considering who she had to deal with to get our company approved to have an account. Our company has never had any credit of any kind during its 15 year existence but we have dealt with SaskTel for over 40 years on most of our communications and TV. He would not approve our company unless we put up a deposit of $250.00 per phone, which upset her and we advised we would do that as I understand the no credit history with our company. However when she went to finalize the amount had doubled to $500.00 per phone ($1000 deposit and she was unable to reach this guy to find out what was going on. Obviously, he was not interested in acquiring our business. But, because of Kori and her professional and determined manner in making sure we were being served and taken care of we agreed to put up the $1000 over and above our purchases.
So this is a big CUDO to Kori Kallis and Sasktel is lucky to have her on staff. As for the guy on the other end of the line behaving like a complete ????, well, Sasktel is not so lucky to have him around!!!

Tyson was personable, honest, a good communicator and did not push me into the first option but encouraged me to wait for a better deal. He also respected that I have only a basic knowledge of what phones are fully capable and generously helped me set up everything. Thank you. This will certainly be the store I deal with in the future.

She took time to help me set up the new phone as well, while capably handling phone calls and other customers simultaneously. Very professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was only one person working the store. The employee was friendly and seemed knowledgeable . I was hoping to get service done on my phone but unfortunately I was told this store does not have a service department. This is unfortunate if you have issues that require a service expert .

I was helped on 2 separate occasions one from a lady named kristina And the last time I was helped by a young gentleman and I do forget his name but he was also a delight I only go to this location because I've only ever had good experiences here!
