★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog in to bath him and fluff him out with the blowdryer. The facility was extremely clean. They had a nice selections of shampoos and conditioners. My dog has super sensitive skin and the oatmeal shampoo worked very well. The lady at the front was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to bath my dog in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager working was very friendly and I told him I got a new kitten. I asked about a name tag machine and he gave me a coupon book that had a free tag and made one! Great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for cats and dogs. But for fish, maybe if you got a beta or guppies sure. But they wouldn't know anything for bigger fish like Clown Knife, Carp or anything for 100+ gallon tanks. I stop by here if I need a quick bottle of Ammonia Remover. Staff are very friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in the store this afternoon around 3pm with our new dog, who was very nervous as we had just picked her up a half hour prior. She was in need of a bath and Sheldon was super. He was so friendly, and gave our dog the space she needed all the while trying to make our experience great. He knew we had a 6 hour trip ahead of us so he made sure we had some sample treats in case we needed them. I am very impressed with this store and its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service very knowledgeable staff .. They wont just sell you whats most expensive stuff they will sell you what your pet needs .. I went in there cause our k9 started to shed like crazy they recommend purina pro plan s&s and she said if it didnt make a difference in a few days we could bring the bag back but she has pretty much stopped shedding in less then a week of switching to beyter dog food .. It well worth the switch.. It recommend pet value to anyone ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are kind and welcoming. Store layout is pleasing to the eye, and they carry a wide variety of dog and cat foods. They also carry a fair amount of small animal goods which are good quality and priced well. I often go to this store when looking for sales or high quality products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been to this location before, the staff is great the store is lovely and clean. BUT the spray nozzles have been changed and they are the pits! took forever to get my dog wet! The nozzles has some ridiculous "brush" attached to the end that is you bump in the wrong way it shuts the water off. Your store & staff are marvelous but that spray nozzle has got to go!
