★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreal service tonight. I had been waiting in the establishment for 35 mins +. There was only one couple ahead of me and I still never received my food. I was forced to leave with no lunch for work or I would have been late. I placed my order and watched as skip order after skip order was processed before my order was even started. I will never be going back to this place after that, you rarely wait that long at an actual restaurant, let alone a fast food joint. Save your time and go elsewhere, or to a different prairie donair, this one does not know what customer service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love getting prairie donair however the person working at the restaurant for my skip the dishes order on November 1st, 2021 was not good. When I got my order on November 1st, there was no sauce on my nachos and the note I had put under the rice platter was not even read. I called and told the worker about this and he claimed my oder for the nachos does not have sauce on it well in the attached image of the order you can see it says honey dill sauce under the nacho order. Also, the note for the rice platter the worker said he didn't even read. The order also did not come with the free potato rounds for spending over $35. Very disappointed with this service tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my buddy got the exact same donair. The man working didn’t wear his mask for half of the time he was making our food. Convinced us to get free double meat when we bought a combo and proceeded to not give us double meat. Wouldn’t allow us to add extra toppings to our donair and we had to follow what was on the board. We were given 2 donairs that were not the same.
We do not plan to come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t very good. There was old chicken on the grill when I walked in so I asked for fresh chicken. He rudely told me it was fresh chicken. Who knows how long it was there, it was pretty bad though. He put a bunch of sauces on that I didn’t ask for. I used to love donair when it was just the OG, this was really disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product is good, but their process is just so unorganized and chaotic. If more than one or two customers are there at once, it takes far too long and you end up being asked what you ordered multiple times (5+ sometimes in my experience). I've also noticed the portion sizes have gone way down now that they weigh everything out.
