R	Rayden Phillipson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't often deal with the tellers but in the few times I have, it was very, very slow... any of the financial advisers though have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and I really feel that they are looking out for my best interests, not just trying to push their products on me. Great people to work with.

In May of 2019 I had a fraud incident that resulted in me having a large amount of money taken from my account and the minute I noticed what had happened I contacted the fraud department and then also went into my branch to have my card cancelled. Fast forward to January 2020, after having called the call centre and going into my branch NUMEROUS times over the past 7 MONTHS I still don’t have my money back because “too much time has passed” and “the proper steps were not taken”. Keep in mind they promised that I’d have my money back as well as compensation for all of the time I’ve waited but now they “unfortunately cannot reimburse me”. :)

L	Lucas Kuffner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Branch but the ATMs never have cash or are not working. Try to withdraw money or even deposit and half the time the ATM doesn’t let you do either transaction.

R	Rob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a customer friendly bank at all. I'm looking to get an account somewhere else. They close early, and god forbid you have to call their customer service line, 30-minute wait at least. The ATMs are brutal. You can literally take money out of their ATM's and then deposit it back, and it will reject approximately ½ of the bills you submit. This is at all locations in Regina!!!
R	Robert Goddard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer since early 2000's every year the service has gotten worse and the fees keep going up. Never open term bankers hours definitely apply. Atms are horrible not working or no cash. Switch banks after all this time as I do not believe they are in the business to look after people. I have much more so is someone from Scotiabank wants to learn why they are losing customers call me
