β β β β β This place is a total scam. Went for floor mats for my truck. No where on site, had to climb all over to find a set. I then found a 5th wheel hitch for my truck I wanted removed. They required a payment before they would take it off. I pay and a week later I call. They then say price is over double and that I must pay before I get my hitch. Complete scam artists. Get everything in writing or recording on your phone. I would give negative rating if I could. Will be reporting to CRA and Better Business Burrow.

β β β β β Dishonest. I called ahead, asked for price, it was higher than I thought. Went down anyway, waded through the mud and water to search for car. Finally found and removed part and brought back to main office. They then wanted to charge four times the price quoted on the phone, when I disagreed, they changed to still twice the quoted price, but still way overpriced. Walked away. Hope Bucks Auto gets my car model in. Won't be back here!

β β β β β Last month I came in looking for the cover for my Center console arm rest. They quoted me 30 dollars and were friendly and helpful. However, The part was gone before I got there. Not their fault that stuff happens. A month later the part comes in. This time they told me they wonβt sell me the arm rest cover unless I take the entire arm rest assembly, which I donβt need for 85$. Bad business

β β β β β Disorganized, the owner doesnβt know what he is doing. He does not have an accurate inventory. And he moves the vehicles around constantly or hauls vehicles to the scrap yard and doesnβt let his staff know to take down ads of certain vehicles. I do not recommend this place! The building is filthy, the floor never gets swept or mopped and the washroom has been out of order for over a week. There is garbage from lunches left all over. I would give them half of a star if I could.
