R	Rocky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly unprofessional experience with Kayann. I was blamed for not providing information that was never even asked for. My visitation time was disregarded as she worked with a serial harasser on his schedule to make sure it worked for him and I was told that "it was assumed" that my schedule would comply. Not to mention many other assumptions that you are just supposed to know telepathically. They don't even have an actual counselor and I'm supposed to feel comfortable leaving my child with this?!

Goes through staff like water . Money grab . Slaps the alienation label on instantly . Not impartial or professional and totally scattered . Will be sweet as pie to your face and building a case behind your back .

I felt attacked and completely let down on all front by this company whom made themselves look like they were the answer. Terrible absolutely terrible experience and they just take advantage of people.

Manager doesn't have verbal conversations with their case files to see if everything is okay when it's not your ignored. Find another agency

Please take negative reviews with a grain of salt..you will get out what you put in! Parents MUST work with the team and trust they have your best interests at heart! My advocate went as far as to pick me up from the hospital to attend a court attendance we could NOT miss. As well, the owner Melani has stayed in contact with me since the file closed successfully. She has offered parenting advice and direction as follow up- on her own time. I will always have a soft place in my heart for this agency. So much of the work they do in regards to advocacy isn’t known to most. Thank you Positive choices for making a difference in our family- we owe much of our success to you
