★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Calitso design and implement a new Lan and Voip system for my business a few months back. Our prior Lan setup was old and we had been adding to it as needed for years. I was looking at my options and found Calitso. After consulting with them we figured that the most cost effective long term solution was to get rid of the old equipment and start fresh. Most of it was just too old to be useful. Calitso designed the new network and phone system to my requirments, supplied the hardware and took care of the installation. They now take care of maintenance and support as well. I can always reach them when I need them and they're quick to respond. I highly recommend their services and will be working with them from now on. Having my IT needs taken care of this way is one of the best decisions I've made for my business.

The onsite techs are awesome and I love being able to reach a live person whenever I call their help desk

They have made my job so much easier now that I don’t have to worry about my IT and can just get back to focusing on my business. It’s also great that they have a business manager who can “translate” our needs into solutions. I love the fixed fee approach, I find my IT spend is much less than what I was paying before and I’m getting way better service. Talk about a win/win. Thanks Calitso!!!
