★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food for a decent price, and the service was excellent too. We went for lunch during the week and it filled up a fair bit.
The brisket is tender, the soup (a brisket barley) was rich and tasty, and the poutine has real cheese curd, always a plus. First time trying the jackfruit "pulled pork" I've heard about, and the texture was great if the sauce was little too sweet. Still, very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get dinner here about a month ago, they were short staffed so the dining tables were closed. We were told that most of their staff were students and doing exams, which is understandable. We ordered pulled pork and brisket sandwich and a hamburger, they were awesome. 3 stars because we didn’t get the full service we wanted and hoping to get satisfied the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous food! Friendly service. Our kids loved it too. The four of us shared 3-person sampler which was tonnes of food for my husband, two girls and I, but we'll enjoy the leftovers tomorrow. My husband suggests trying beer from the local microbreweries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but very disappointed.Paid extra 4 dollars for onion rings and was just like dough.Put them in airfryer to try crisp them but no luck..Had them with chicken tenders.Cant believe paid 19 dollars for 4 small bland chicken strips and thick dough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two full rack of rib meals yesterday as I was driving by and the restaurant looked great from the outside and the reviews were really good.
They were out of wings.
Ribs were really dry.
May be a good local restaurant but nothing special at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Kate and I were doing some touring and with restaurants closed for in person dining, we wanted something tasty we could take out. These guys filled the bill and then some - great staff taking our order, brisket was delicious as was the pulled pork! Well done! We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Port Perry Smokehouse is one of the best restaurants in Port Perry. I like that they have a separate entrance/section just for takeout and another for dining in.
Service was polite and our order was ready quickly. The pulled chicken sandwich, brisket, and fries were delicious. Everything was packed nicely for takeout so we were able to have a picnic by the water nearby. Would definitely recommend.
