★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly ran outfit. The old guy in the front was not into customer service at all. The boat we rented had torn leather seats. There were lots of flies on the boat as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. I was told a prop was a couple hundred if you hit it. Not a 350 dollar charge. And the old prop was already damaged. If you want to charge customers $350 for a prop which is already damaged you better expect poor reviews. Won't be coming back here to say the least! And other customers beware! Make sure you checkout your prop and take lots of pics cuz they're going to bill you for an already damaged prop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic day on the Ottawa River. Port of Call staff were very friendly and informative and took the time to review with us the best places to boat and places to stop and explore. Will be back next year for another fun day on the river.

Excellent equipment and fair pricing for the rental experience.
Fantastic food truck at entrance to port is a great plus as you can dock there and grab some delicious food and ice cream!
Only need for improvement is the public washroom but we appreciated having access to a facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family just thoroughly enjoyed a day on the Ottawa River thanks to Port of Call Marina! From the moment you arrive and have a complete run through of how to operate the boat as well as all safety protocols to maps to assist with planning your outing.
All questions are answered , life jackets are provided and fitted on children.
At the end of the day there is a staff waiting to assist with safe docking which is most comforting as this may feel a bit intimidating.
Thank you PORT of CALL Marina - our Ottawa River day was fabulous!

However, the return cut-off time is a bit early at 5:00 pm. It would be great to consider extending it especially on long Summer days when the sunsets past 9:00 pm.
