I went in thinking that I knew a lot about supplements and vitamins but to my surprise there was so much more variety than I expected. I was a bit ashamed since I have been in the fitness industry for a few years now, but I didn’t for a second feel judged because of it. The staff nicely went over what I needed and gave me extra information so that I could start preparing for what I would want to try next :) I definitely recommend whether you’re just starting your fitness journey just as much as if you’ve been doing it for a while!!!

The supplements I was recommended to try helped me a lot to progress. Hopefully, I will be able to go there soon ?? Popeye’s carry all the brands of supplements that you could dream of and at the best prices ? Highly recommend visiting their stores! ??
