★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a toothache for a few days (cavity), my current dentist is backlogged due to covid, I couldn’t schedule anything and was put on a waitlist.I started looking elsewhere, found another clinic that scheduled me 3.5 weeks later. I looked again to find something sooner, stumbled upon Alpha Dentist when I was doing a google search, there was an online submission so I went ahead and entered that and put off calling and researching more clinics for later in the day. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from Alpha! I was able to get an appt for 3 days later! Which is insanely fast. Secretary was curteous and speaks Chinese & English.
I got Dr Haissam who has 30 years experience - went in for my appt for the full examination and fix. In and out within 1 hour. And the injections to numb you was the most painless one I've had done. Very professional, and prices are reasonable (I verified with another dentist).
I had Mahar as a dental hygienist for my cleaning, she's amazing! That was the most pleasant delicate cleaning (I have sensitive teeth) I've ever had, and that's saying something cuz.. Dentist visits are never "fun".
The receptionists at the front are very professional, if you're on a waitlist they will call you right away when there is opening but you can usually book an appointment quite quickly within weeks for anything that's not an emergency.
Clinic has ample parking. Highly recommend. God forbid I have another tooth emergency but if I or anyone I know does, I can easily recommend here - they are always on time (unlike many other clinics I've been to) but this also means, don't be late!
