Worst pharmacy ever! Good for Chinese clients as the owners of pharmacy are Chinese! Otherwise you should stay for 1 hour to receive your medication! Transferring my file and whole family right now to another pharmacy!

Many of the employees (although not all) are not very friendly and don't seem happy. But maybe the manager is responsible for that since he himself is cold and rude. He has been OK with me but not with my 2 adult children....at different times. I hope things will change or I will have to transfer my pharmacy files elsewhere.

Consistently poor cutomer service over the years. My last visit was today. Never again, unless I'm dying and no other drug store is open! A dozen or so people filling prescriptions behind the counter, yet their official delay to fill a bottle of amoxillin is 12 minutes. So I told them I'd come back later to pick it up. One hour later when I went back they had lost my preciption! Once they found it, they made me wait again because they had not yet processed it. I got explanations like "That is not my work", "I came back for lunch and since I was told you would came back later, I didn't think you would come back so soon". Also, elsewhere in the store I hove more than once found food products past their "Best before" date.

I went there on Sunday August 8th at around 3pm and I wanted to buy a hair product that was advertised at 8.99$ however was reduced at $4.99. I take the product and make my way to the cash then come to realize that it was charged at full price… After talking to the employee in the parfums section which was super nice, she called her supervisor. The “supervisor” lady was no use at all. Telling me that she can’t do anything, didn’t give any understanding or whatsoever. Nothing new. My family and myself always go there and we purchase on average $400/week of groceries and products. After this incident I’d rather go down the street where I feel I’m being understood. PS for you , you are supposed to give the item for free when it’s under $10 and not charge it. I ended up paying full price. Money was never an issue. I hope for the next person who goes through a false price representation to simply drop the items and head out. ✌?

I always enjoy shopping at this Pharmaprix and enjoy collecting my Optimum Points. This store is great, however there is one issue with it. The shopping carts. They do not have a designated place for customers to place their carts back so people (indecent people) put them everywhere in the parking lot, on the side walk, etc. So last week when I went. one of these carts that people left on the sidewalk was pushed off by the wind and right onto my car. Now my bumper has three dents. Im more or less of a car enthusiast so that upset me quite a deal. One star for the damage done to my car.

Clients since 2006. My son is sick and was looking for a rapid Covid test kit. For 3 days in a rog Ive been told that i can not rezerve even if we have a file there. Every other pharmacy give prioritate to their clients. Today i called again and insisted and was told that ok, yes, they will add my name to AN ALREADY EXISTING list and that MAYBE i can have a test in 10-12 days. I specified my kid is sick and asked Why is there an existing list since Ive been told until now we cant rezerve kits even as clients. The person responded very rude it’s not her problem that my child is sick and also that they change their policy as they want and if i dont like it i can go elsewhere. This is how much they respect and VALUE their clients. Only interested in making money but zero interesat in helping. If i could give minus 5 stars i would.

Hands down the worst pharmaprix ever!! The pharmacists are very rude and imcompetent, the lady at the post office is clueless, and the manager lacks courtesy and professionalism! Seriously the worst service i have EVER received! Edit: the pharmacy gives me a generic version of my medication which in 5 years of taking this medication have NEVER received the generic version. They thought it was ok to decide for me that i was now getting a generic version? Oh and after calling to alert them of this, they refuse to change it... Soooooo having my file transfered to another pharmacy, hopefully to one with atleast some satndards...

Horrible experience, because this location in Brossard has wrong pricing they don’t realize how it can create such a negative domino effect of issues and subsequent problems. According the supervisor and staff they say they are told by there boss/manager to remove sale prices the day before it ends which cause major issues for clients shopping and expecting the prices they see on the shelves to be accurate. Because of wrong pricing clients don’t get the correct PC Optimum points. They don’t get the proper allocation of the 20x the points. Then they try to tell you to contact pc optimism about points but the initial problem stems for their disregard to ensure correct pricing. Because of all these issues I left pharmaprix and forgot an item due to all the confusion. My toilet paper I drove all the way home and my children We’re like mom where’s the toilet paper. I returned and drove all the way back and asked for the manager. To explain how according to them a price plan error is not a big deal. Yes it’s a big deal I have 4 kids I’m a single mom! I lost my time and gas driving back and forth because your boss tells you to remove sale prices the day before the sales end. This is unacceptable! I would like STEVE the manager to contact me back. I want my 24,000 points I did not get and my gas refunded for having to drive all the way home and then back to pharmaprix to get my missing toilet paper when gas prices are ridiculous right now. My email should be attached in my review I’ll be waiting for a cb. I’m very dissatisfied!
