We have a three year old home and the original heating contractor did not install our Heat pump properly and has not been able or willing to analyze what is going on. Pope and Sons were able to correct multiple issues and identify others after just one visit. They will be coming back to correct the rest of the issues that can be corrected. Wish we had Pope and Sons do the original work instead of the company used by our General Contractor!

On subsequent calls to set up a long term annual service contract thy have been very helpful. We have recommended their company and will continue to do so.

Heating and cooling requires expertise and that's what you get when you hire them to work for you. I can't say enough about the locally owned and operated outfit. If you want the job done right with great support along the way, choose Pope and Sons. They may not be the least expensive but what you pay upfront, will save you a lot down the line. Their value is completely justified!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suprised to see the van pull up the driveway this morning, 20cm if fresh snow and we live up the top of an icy hill. Heating problem was resolved quickly, great knowledge, courteous and polite. 3rd time we have used Pope and Sons, they added a heat pump 7 years ago, replaced a blower motor 3 years ago and today a funky tin tape fell across a heating element causing fan to run and excessive electrical usage. Experience and knowledge to quickly troubleshoot without needless parts replacement to troubleshoot. Great job Nick!!
