Never heard back, not even to acknowledge. A simple call to book an appointment even 3 months down the line would have been nice. Everytime we called them we were assured that we were still on the list.. 3 to 4 months just seems to be a bit long.

The fact that a new motor was not available, they came up with an alternative solution by researching and finding a good used motor that saved us over $1000. Nathan came to install the blower motor and he was very courteous and efficient. Just a tip for other people: I am grateful we had kept the manuals for the furnace and thermostat because they came in handy for Nathan to problem solve the issue we were having with our thermostat also. Again, thank you to this great business for how efficient they were in communicating and helping us get our furnace fixed so quickly.

Waited one time over 2 hrs..no show so rescheduled, 2nd appointment the person came dealt with in floor heating but then said they don't do toilets, which is why we called. In speaking to the receptionist in regards to this, she denied any knowledge of toilet issues and (after I said I would post my experience on Facebook)she abruptly hung up on me. Total heating and Plumbing have our business from now on. In response to your response...guess you or your dispatch or receptionist, who ever books the appointments, should have sent 2 people for the appointment as I clearly stated the need.

Very professional overall excellent experience with the installation of our new Lennox mini split heat pump system. The installation was on time as promised and with no surprises. All of the installers were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly all were very experienced with their work. I can absolutely recommend The Comfort Group for sales and installation.

The Comfort Group’s quality has been going downhill on my past couple jobs. They seem to have problems keeping their qualified employees. On my last job, they came out for the initial site meeting with the homeowner. They did a bunch of layout. Then they kept pushing me off for 7 weeks. The job was at a standstill for 2 months. I then received an email saying they couldn’t do the job. They could have told me 2 months ago. So it’s almost impossible to find another HVAC contractor in these busy times. I would definitely not recommend them.

All staff were professional and the system is working well. We have only had the system for a few weeks now, but so far we are enjoying it. Looking forward to the cooling feature this summer.
