★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had no heat and called for service. A gentleman quickly came to service the heat pump but after cleaning the filters and checking the fluids realized we had a leak. The recommendation was made to put die in the lines to seal the leak and top up the fluid. When pumping the fluid out they found die already in the lines so this option was no longer available. Sadly, they recommended a new heat pump providing us with two quotes. Then came COVID-19 and the installation was cancelled due to health safety for myself and my husband. Fortunately, we had an electric furnace for backup. A month later when the restrictions starting to lift the heat pump was installed. Three men arrived, all wearing masks, gloves and booties over their shoes., keeping their distance while installing the heat pump. Very professional, very clean and very responsive. The heat pump is now installed and providing a nice even heat. We highly recommend Glacier Industries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience today, May, 23, 2019, with Rob and his install techs Ron, Rick and Jason. We had spent many weeks of agonizing over estimates from numerous companies regarding installation of a mini split heat pump in our home and Rob was the only one who took measurements of our floor plan, doors and windows and based on his calculations came up with the proper size of unit for our house.....the others, at best, took a few pictures and made a guess.
Others have said, why bother with estimates because you will end up with Rob and Glacier Industries anyway. Absolutely true.
Thanks guys, you are professionals of the highest order.

The system works well and the one minor issue was immediately resolved with the help of Rick's excellent customer service and the technician Mike doing a professional and quality fix to the issue we had. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Glacier team recently installed heat pumps at our building. They listened to our needs, designed a system that matched our needs. We were given options for equipment. We chose to go with the energy efficient system.
Glacier even arranged for the electrician to come and review the needs of the installation. This made it easier for us and the installation even smoother.
The team showed up at the scheduled time and were very professional. This was a larger job that required a couple of days. We noted the team cleaned up behind themselves as they went. Very polite, very professional. We couldn't have asked for more.
We truly appreciated this as we still had a business to run!
Now a couple of weeks later we truly appreciate the air conditioning. The office has gone from being insufferable, to a comfortable work place.

During the heat dome last summer, we called several heating/cooling companies for a quote on a heat pump. Only Glacier responded and did so quickly in spite of being overwhelmed with calls. Rob provided the quote and his staff kept us informed throughout the challenges they faced obtaining equipment.
The equipment arrived, an installation date was quickly arranged and coordinated with electricians and sheet metal workers. They all arrived on time, completed the job in one day and cleaned up when finished.
This is a company that knows how to run a business! We highly recommend them.
