HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Very glad we are finally done with it! (Even then they still tried to scam us one more month of payment when cancelling service without providing the last month's service)

I install alarm system in my house and purchase a high definition camera. Camera quality amazing! CUSTOMER SERVICE also good, they help set up the remote view in my smart phone and computer, I can see my home remotely now. RECOMMEND!!!

Now, when I switched to use Polyway security system for my new house, I feel it is much more worth than before... 1) Product - it is a simple and reliable system. 2) Cost - it is much more affordable than before, 3) Service - Last but not the least, Technician and Support are great and very helpful (For example, I talked to the Support rep (Aries) and she is very patient and knowledgeable to answer any questions that me and my family having in our mind). . I will definitely tell my friends to use Polyway if they need to buy a home security system !!
S	Suellen Chui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret to admit that the customer service we have been receiving from Polyway in the last 3-5 yrs is a stark contrast to what initially enticed us to sign on with them (10 yrs ago). It took us a while to notice, but it eventually became obvious that we were being charged for products/services above our needs. In addition, they are not transparent with their contract terms, and made a feeble attempt at forcing us to renew for 2 yrs. Dishonest would be an understatement, as on multiple occasions, their technicians caused damage to our hardware but denied any responsibility. Buyer beware.

Got that changed to Security Company callout for much more reasonable rate. Overall good value and nice people to deal with.
