★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have have given them zero stars but il give them 2 stars because my family doctor is great -3 stars. For making me travel 2 and a half hours to come to the clinic for the receptionist to tell me that i apparently cancelled my appointment witch i never did and they gave it to someone else,miss school out of medication.its not the first time recepionists are incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! I decide to give them a chance even if they have terrible review.. big mistake.
They dont keep the information on the voicemail and website updated. We were 3 people who lost 2 hours waiting for the sans rendez-vous.
Disrespectful and the staff doesn't seem to care, taking no responsibilities for their mistake.
