Les mĂ©decins sont vraiment sympathiques et Ă lâĂ©coute, Un merci spĂ©cialement Ă Dre. Landry et Dre. Rochette je les recommande Ă 100%. L'infirmiĂšre AndrĂ©anne que j'ai rencontrĂ© une fois aussi a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentille et professionnelle. Un Ă©norme merci Ă©galement Ă Mme Diane de lâaccueil! Une vraie perle! Elle fait toujours des pieds et des mains pour accommoder la clientĂšle et un excellent suivi tĂ©lĂ©phonique. Il est important de prendre l'habitude d'Ă©crire des bons mots de reconnaissance et de remerciements et non pas juste des avis nĂ©gatifs lorsque ça fait pas notre affaire.
 Excellent service. Always managed to have appointments within a reasonable time. We are a young family with 3 children. The doctors are really nice and attentive, Special thanks to Dr. Landry and Dre. Rochette I recommend them 100%. The nurse Andréanne, whom I met once too, was very kind and professional. A huge thank you also to Ms. Diane for the welcome! A real pearl! She always goes out of her way to accommodate customers and provide excellent telephone follow-up. It's important to get into the habit of writing good words of gratitude and thanks, and not just negative reviews when it doesn't suit us.

â â â â â Je recommande cette clinique Ă personne. Mon mĂ©decin de famille, la dre. Isabelle Roy, est trĂšs gentille. J'espĂšre seulement qu'elle va changer de clinique un moment donnĂ© ... comme plusieurs autres l'ont dĂ©jĂ Ă©crit, le personnel est mĂ©prisant et ne semble pas tellement pressĂ© de nous aider. De plus, ils modifient constamment leur mĂ©thode de prise de rendez-vous.
I recommend this clinic to anyone. My family doctor, dre. Isabelle Roy is very nice. I just hope she changes clinics at some point ... as several others have already written, the staff are dismissive and don't seem in such a rush to help us. In addition, they constantly change the way they make appointments.

J'ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçu et les mĂ©decins sont trĂšs sympathiques. Il faut ĂȘtre comprĂ©hensif envers le srv, on est peut-ĂȘtre 85 personnes qui appellent dĂšs 8h pour avoir l'un des 10 rdvs disponibles le lendemain. Les secrĂ©taires sont dĂ©bordĂ©es et les lignes ne doivent pas dĂ©rougir.
Malgré cela, je recommande la clinique.
Great work team!
I was very well received and the doctors are very friendly. You have to be understanding towards the srv, there are maybe 85 people who call at 8 am to have one of the 10 meetings available the next day. The secretaries are overwhelmed and the lines must not go wrong.
Despite this, I recommend the clinic.

â â â â â J'ai Ă©tĂ© suivi Ă cet endroit pour ma grossesse. Le personnel est gentil. Surtout l'infirmiĂšre qui m'a suivis pour la majoritĂ© de ma grossesse. Par contre, il manquait de ressource pour suivre le bĂ©bĂ© suite Ă l'accouchement. Il est aussi possible de voir un mĂ©decin sans-rendez-vous, par contre il faut obligatoirement appeler, il n'y a pas de prise de rendez-vous en ligne. J'aime bien que la clinique soit prĂšs d'un Jean-Coutu, il est possible de faire les courses juste aprĂšs le rendez-vous.
I was followed up there for my pregnancy. The staff are nice. Especially the nurse who followed me for the majority of my pregnancy. On the other hand, he lacked the resources to follow the baby after childbirth. It is also possible to see a doctor without an appointment, however you must call, there is no online appointment. I like that the clinic is near a Jean-Coutu, it is possible to go shopping right after the appointment.

Clairement elle ne sait pas comment faire.. peut-ĂȘtre serait-il temps de prendre votre retraite Mme.. ou des vacances!
One of the secretaries is very direct and unprofessional towards the clients who come forward. Always a way to explain things politely and make the patient feel comfortable ... Clearly she doesn't know how to do it .. maybe it would be time to retire Mrs. .. or vacation!

On paper, I have a family doctor but I can never get an appointment for my family or me. There is a big problem with follow-ups.

â â â â â Je pense que la population en gĂ©nĂ©ral a une Ă©coeurantite aiguĂ« envers le systĂšme de santĂ©. Cela teste la patience des gens. De l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la clĂŽture, nous avons affaire avec du personnel surmenĂ©. Pour ma part, je n'ai jamais de problĂšme lorsque j'appelle Ă cet endroit. Je suis sympathique envers le personnel et celui-ci l'est envers moi. Avec ou sans rendez-vous, je connais les rĂšgles du jeu. Autant s'y prendre Ă l'avance lorsque c'est possible, ça Ă©vite bien les frustrations.
I think the general population has an acute disgust with the health care system. It tests people's patience. On the other side of the fence, we are dealing with overworked staff. For my part, I never have a problem when I call this place. I am friendly towards the staff and this one is towards me. With or without an appointment, I know the rules of the game. You might as well go ahead when possible, it avoids frustrations.

Is that excessive? Yes. The medicare system is seriously flawed in Quebec and the lunacy we have to endure just to get an appointment is beyond rational comprehension and logic.
Next time I will have to use an auto-redialler app.
If you need to see a doctor, good luck. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment and if you don't have an appointment you will lose your doctor and your name will have to be placed on the waiting list for another family doctor. This is completely insane.
If you couldn't get an appointment, you have my sympathies. Good luck and godspeed.
