★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard about Olynicks from a close friend and being a huge seafood lover, I decided to give it a try. My first experience was a visit to the fish market. I was amazed by the quality and the variety they had, including delicious ready to go tartars, ceviche and seafood salads. Upon my second visit, I got to enjoy an incredible meal at their restaurant seated on their outdoor patio. My friends and I were served dishes that were so incredibly fresh, we felt as though we were eating from ocean to table. I was there once again last night, however this time, my dining experience was inside the restaurant. The decor is modern and has a great atmosphere. We were a large crowd and they were able to accommodate us to enjoy a fantastic dining experience. The service was very attentive and well organized. We began our meal with entrees for the table which consisted of seafood platters towering with juicy jumbo shrimp along with spectacular oysters. We had delicious fried shrimp and fried calamari which were very tender well executed, the batter was crispy and didn’t come apart. All in all the food was fantastic, extremely fresh and the quality is superior to most places I have visited. I highly recommend Olynicks !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD: if you buy fish here, you will be paying a high price for cardboard and plactic. I bought salmon at $135.99 per kg. The product label said 210 g = $ 28.55. My recipe called for 200 g of salmon so I weighed it at home on a precision scale. It weighed 146 g. The packaging weighed:
44 g of carton = $ 5.57
20 g of plastic = $ 3.12
So if you buy 210 g of salmon there, you will actually get 146 g of fish and 64 g of packaging material for which you will pay $8.69. That's very expensive cardboard and plastic at $135.99 a kilo! What a way to make a profit off the consumer's back! This is what I call "creative profiting", also called fraudulant. When the label on the package says 210 g, it should be 210 g of the product, which excludes the packaging material!

Fresh supply is flown from all Canada couple of times per week.
You can also find seasonal best fish from many corners of the World - trust the owners who know the best sources.
Best tuna tartare I ever had.
Seafood platter - giant masterpiece served in royal style with oysters, crab, shrimps and sea urchin accompanied by tasty souses.
Shrimp scampi cooked to perfection.
Nice choice of wines.
Friendly and professional staff will make your dinner perfect!
When you are coming with larger group do not forget to ask for Capitan’s Corner.
On the way out you will find more fresh seafood as well as many tasty prepared dishes sold on extensive fish market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing experience! We had the scallops, grilled octopus, Cesar salad and fried calamari. We had a few different cocktails which were all terrific. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. The octopus and scallops were definitely my favourite. The staff were super friendly and service prompt. Refined cuisine with a cozy and warm ambiance. Will return during our next visit to Saint-Sauveur! Top notch ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow and wow! I went there all alone.. and when i reserved asked for a nice table and they have accepted and even ce to see me if this was a right place for me. They have been taking care of me just as the same as other tables of 2 beside me... service is simply amazing and food was delicious. Recommenced for romantic diner, friendly diner but also for a date with yourself.
