De plus, le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Je recommande cette entreprise. I used their service twice in 2020, the second time there were delays related to a parts supplier and the pandemic, but in the end it was worth the wait, I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done. In addition, the staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend this company.

Attente longue avec l'excuse "COVID à dos large" pas avenant du tout même grincheux à la limite. Difficulté à établir une facture complète pour une réclamation...etc... Mais le troisième choix AZURE PLOMBERIE, service à la clientèle (réception) impeccable et l'attitude ainsi que le travail du plombier Mathieu vaut 6 étoiles sur 5 : Ponctuel et gentil, pas de dégâts d'eau supplémentaire. Appelé un vendredi pm et présent à ma porte mercredi am. Donc délai plus qu'acceptable Merci PLOMBERIE AZURE! Dorénavant je suis votre "nouvelle fidèle cliente" . Et cela valait un deux minutes pour ce message. : )) I have dealt with a professional plumbing service twice in the last 12 months. It was pitiful for free! Long wait with the excuse "wide-backed COVID" not at all pleasant even borderline grumpy. Difficulty in establishing a complete invoice for a complaint...etc... But the third choice AZURE PLOMBERIE, impeccable customer service (reception) and the attitude as well as the work of the plumber Mathieu is worth 6 stars out of 5: Punctual and nice, no additional water damage. Called on a Friday pm and present at my door Wednesday am. So delay more than acceptable Thank you PLOMBERIE AZURE! From now on I am your "new loyal customer". And it was worth a two minutes for this message. :))
