The plumber who did the work answered all of our questions clearly and honestly. Si votre plombier ne peut pas le faire… Ils ne peuvent pas le faire non plus…Je crois qui a erreur sur la page! 1 semaine complète à ne pas être capable d’utiliser une toilette normalement… Il ont tout simplement posé la toilette et puis RIEN. Une semaine à essayer d’avoir quelqu’un pour l’arranger, personne est venu. Ils m’ont donné 3 différents rendez-vous et aucun de ces rendez-vous ils se sont présentés… Aucun appel pour canceller… Ne serait-ce que 5 secondes pour dire: je n’y serai pas, désolée… On remet… RIEN. Extrêmement déçue! Faite attention! Vaut mieux être avertis. J’ai finalement eut à prendre quelqu’un d’autre à mes frais et expériences! Bonne journée! J’espère vous avoir aidé. Ps: Service au téléphone est nul. I have never seen such a poorly organized company. Who say they are extremely versatile? If your plumber can't do it… They can't do it either… I think that's wrong on the page! 1 full week of not being able to use a toilet normally… They just put the toilet down and then NOTHING. A week of trying to get someone to fix it, no one came. They gave me 3 different dates and none of these dates they showed up ... No call to cancel ... If only 5 seconds to say: I won't be there, sorry ... We're giving ... NOTHING. Extremely disappointed! Be careful! Better to be warned. I finally had to take someone else at my expense and experience! Good day! I hope I've helped you. Ps: Service on the phone sucks.

Ils sont supposé nous rappellez et ne le font jamais. Changes des pièces qui fonctionnaient très bien. Nous avons appellé un autre plombier pour une contre-experstise, qui ont réglé le problème en 1h à très moindre coût. Très déçu, je ne réfère pas du tout. Désolé mauvaise service de A à Z Extremely difficult communication between the secretary and the plumbers and between the plumbers and the customers. They are supposed to call us back and never do. Changed parts that worked fine. We called another plumber for a counter-expertise, who solved the problem in 1 hour at a very low cost. Very disappointed, I do not refer at all. Sorry bad service from A to Z

COVID-19 isn’t easy on professionals who don’t have an administrative person taking care of all the bookings and parts ordering. Roxane does this for Auger Plomberie and she answered fast, took care of payments and after sales service. Andre came in the end of the afternoon and worked until after supper so if there is feedback about his dedication or professionalism not being top notch I certainly can’t complain. On top of that he changed one pump with a much better quality one and did a clean job on the pipes too. This morning the water level around the house was one foot lower than the day before. He knows his stuff. Period. He left us a business card and two pencils. First time I get marketing material from a plumber so it shows he knows how to get business. I would have paid $161 just to listen to his expertise. Most professionals with his kind of experience charge $200+ per hour over the phone! Be nice and people will be nice back during COVID-19

He was honest and communicative about the problem / options... and when the job was done, he was kind enough to help clean a mess that came from the pipes. High recommended and appreciated.
