★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient prices, big variety of specialized items, unfortunately the service is bad, delivery system is very poor, I had very bad experience more than once, they even miss the whole invoice while I was waiting for the delivery, it’s better if you collect your materials and arrange for transport .

The clerk in the electrical and heating department did provide some excellent recommendations and demonstrated knowledge of the products....in this case I was shopping for a heating convector. I was satified with the information shared by the clerk and subsequently I was able to purchase with confidence the item I came for. Keep up to good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has some decent prices on materials and some unique seasonal items, but the entire building materials ordering process is beyond stupid. You first have to take a number and wait around for 30 minutes at the "pro" counter for the rep to pull the code you need and give you a little paper for the cashier. Then I had to wait 45 minutes in the yard lineup to pick it up! All that for a roll of foundation drain pipe?! Absolutely HORRIBLE system, will never buy materials from here again. Prefer 10000% pulling it myself from the shelf and paying at the register like at Home Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, contrary to some other reviewers, I found this place good. Not many staff, ok but the prices are lower than P M, and markedly so.
The woman at the paint counter was expert, easily and quickly mixed me a colour-match for my sitting room paint. Great !
