★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love how organized they are with on-line orders. And the ease with which you can return stuff is priceless. You don't even have to keep the bill if you know which credit card you paid with.; it's all in their system. First class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St Jerome Home Depot, the service wasn’t available due to being slammed with clients to employee ratio, no worries all materials found, the cashier was friendly and helpful at cash out. Yes i would recommend BUT choose your time of arrival on a less peak hours, if assistance is required. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete disinterest in actually providing clear information and an absolute refusal to answer questions when things go wrong.
Wait all day for a pick-up email only to get an email at the end of the day saying they actually don't have the item regardless of what their online stock says. No attempt to help or offer alternatives, no response to emails.
Chat support hopeless, as was text.
Found same item round the corner at RONA for a $100 less.
AVOID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse online service ever, I bought something from home depot.ca and they shipped the item from a U.S. warehouse with UPS, resulting on huge custom fees. They dont seem to be able to help me over the phone after more than 1 hour with them. Use amazon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. i wait 15 min to get assistance for windows department. The person who pick up jist transfet.me again without trying to reach the person i that section.
When i asked to speak with a supervisor she said yes and put me back in the waiting list.
Finally when i spoke with a supervisor. He confirmed they just transfer and let go. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless online ordering and collection process from this store. They say it's in stock,.wait all day for collection email, get email at end of day saying Order Cancelled due to lack of inventory. Which is great as the item was needed for a job starting 7.30am the next day.
Charges still sitting on my credit card NOT cancelled. No reply to customer service emails. Absolutely useless and palpably hostile online 'customer service'.
Avoid. Use RONA. Always helpful, MUCH better prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big Home Depot. I can get lumber here, oak posts for building our staircase. People there generally wear masks. The staff are helpful. There are home sense, IGA, Best Buys and Michaels close by. It’s a very convenient stop where you can buy everything.

I will leave out my initial review as i still think the online experience need to be improved.

Online ordering is absolutely useless. Incredibly long shipping time, they do not respect the delivery dates and even after you ask politely where it is, they respond with "we dont know, the carrier has it". But they dont provide the tracking nor the company shipping the item. Also, they create a ticket in their system to "manage" the issue but then tell you that if you want it to be faster to call the carrier themselves... Even if they're late for on the delivery window by a week.
I will never order again online on their store, and would recommend everyone else from doing the same. To this day, i still do not have received the item i paid for. And no, i will not call the carrier myself, that isn't my job...
And i wouldn't even be this mad if it they just let me cancel the order but nooooo "its on its way sir!! but we dont know where it is sir!! So you can't cancel the order". Seriously what
