★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They worked very hard to find me a package that fits my needs and in the price I could afford. They give you a quote on writing so that when you do go back to purchase your pool, you have the price right there that shows everything in the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a spa from Club Piscine Saint-Jerome it was delivered broken. The aftersales service is terrible. The delivery slip was signed as unacceptable because of the broken spa delivered. I did not want the item delivered. I am getting lied to there is no service. I paid so so much money to buy a bran new spa but to have a Broken Spa delivered sitting in my back yard all summer. Please refund my money or repair or replace the broken item delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems I share the same opinion as the majority of the reviewers, there is no customer service at this place.
I had about $200 worth of spa maintenance products in my hands but needed a grate cover for my spa as well. I asked an employee if he can direct me to where I can find the part, he quickly glimpses at the item and says he doesn't carry it in stock then continued to walk away. I asked if he can order the part where he replies, No, my orders are all done, turned his back towards me and walks away. He didn't have the decency to closely look at the piece nor did he have any desire to help me out. Clearly a spa can't function without the part. Worst thing, they sell the same brand spa so I am sure he could have easily ordered the part. This lack of customer service wasn't from a part time kid who doesn't fully understand what customer service is, this deplorable action was from a grown man who clearly has been working there for years.
I dropped everything I intended to purchase and walked out. I'll never walk in that place again.
