β β β β β I was surprised how run down this area is. This used to be one of the venues used by Expo '86 and it's prime waterfront real estate too. There was lots of rust and paint peeling all over the building and surrounding landscape. I was sad to see Vancouver's history left to the ash heap of history.

β β β β β This building is no longer what it used to be. It was really sad to see a main landmark building go to garbage.
The city of Vancouver needs to either renovate it or tear it down. So sad, I had some good memories there, but to see this property go to waste is absolutely heartbreaking. ?

β β β β β Went for a concert. Terrible for parking and the door is on the opposite side of Pacific Blvd so people have a hard time finding it. The plus is the staff was nice. Drinks are overpriced.
