★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Harbour Convention Centre both as an event organizer and as a person attending events. It is truly the worst event space in the city.
The whole building should be torn down. It’s dirty, no hot water, lighting is awful so bringing your own is a must! Owners gave us a stage upstairs that was covered in old screws, very dangerous for performers.
If you attend an event here, expect to be treated rudely at the door. We were once in line 30 mins past door opening in the freezing cold of February because the venue staff weren’t organized to do vax pass, ticket, and bag inspection. Another time, my friends had tickets to an event, but were not permitted with backpacks and despite having a coat check, they were not allowed to check them in (they missed the event that they paid to attend.) Water is $4 a small bottle, way more than any other event space that is actually upkept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll be back for more events. No lineups for the restroom OMG. No lineups for coat check. Loved that. THE TEACHES OF PEACHES show was amazing. ????? It was my mother's birthday I took her to see Peaches to celebrate her bday. She had a great time as well!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Xariah who was working coat check the other night. I lost my phone and she was so helpful and sweet. She explained exactly what I could do if I did not find my phone. Then right as I was abut to leave she called my friend and ran around the venue trying to find me. So sweet and such amazing customer service. Girlie should get a raise!
