★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very nice bright and clean casino. There are lots of games to choose from. As is the case with pretty much every casino lately... There is really not much activity going on the few ppl u might see playing on slot machines all seem to look rather defeated and honestly quite miserable. Finding a gaming attendant didn't seem all that easy a task on pretty much all of the occasions we happened to partake in the change of scenery by stopping into Parq casino rather then our closer to home Chances site or even the much closer HardRock or Cascades. I don't think in any of the half dozen or so times we visited Parq that I even once saw someone win a jackpot/handpay. Granted all but one time the gaming floor had barely more then 5 or 6 ppl other then my husband n I.
It seems that if no one plays then no machine pays but if you don't see profitable results player go somewhere else. So its a vicious circle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of slots and table games, but no poker tournaments, which is very disappointing. Not sure how the cash tables are in the poker room as that is too rich for my bankroll, but they said that they might have tournaments again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever the valet people dont know how to talk with the Coustmer’s. Never recommending anyone to go here. Employees are rood in there. The valet person even threatened me that “ i will see you next time just wait and watch “ seriously man is this professionalism. They should seriously teach there staff how to talk with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open the upstairs back up for poker. You guys had the nicest poker room in North America and traded it in for the same old sorry cramped lonely dungeon.
Give us back the upstairs!!! You could hold the World Series here.
Dealers are great so I’m keeping it at 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely room and good service but on booking you need to be aware of the breakfast and food policy is room service only. We even had to ask for a menu. 50 dollars a day to sit in your room. The restaurants in the hotel are not owned by the hotel and do not know that it is room service only. They want to charge you and bill your room. We stay in a lot of 5 star hotels this is not what you expect from a "5 star hotel"

Many thanks to Andy, Sid, Lisa, Daisy and the many others that work so hard to make sure I’m having an awesome time. The slots here are usually pretty good too!
