K	Karina F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time trying to give your stuff away here, they will not take it. Unless of course you're willing to donate for free. They won't buy from you unless the item is still in perfect condition, and for a second-hand store, I would say that's a bit unrealistic. Obviously a person's used clothes, among other things, are going to be slightly worn and flawed. Their picky expectations should be lowered. As far as shopping goes, they do have some good finds.
T	Tracey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought top quality stuff barely worn, some of which I'd actually bought from them in the past, but they didn't want any of it! And I'd brought in a huge amount of clothes too! Worst of all when I bought some clothes the girl at the cash was really bad with customer service! When I asked to pay by visa she stood there looking at me saying nothing to me! And then I had to look around and was like "What I just want to pay?" Like why aren't you letting me pay for this stuff now, since you just rang it through! And then!!!! I paid for everything and then! She put it into a bag and put it on the floor beside her feet and didn't even give it to me! She just stood there! I had to ask for my merchandise that I'd literally just paid for!! Why she put it onto the floor beside her at her feet I have no idea!! Did she think I'd suddenly forget I'd paid for my own stuff and just leave without it?! Super weird and bad experience! Sorry for the rant, but that was not a nice experience at all!

S	Sarah Hunt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location. Called ahead of time to ensure what rules were. 95% of the clothes and shoes were brand new, never worn, folded and nicely packed in tote bin. I got a message 4 minutes after dropping off saying they couldn’t buy any of the items. Everything was shoved back in the bin, the lid wouldn’t even close. How could they have gone through my items in such little time and then not even have the decency to place items back properly in container. I will never support this location again. While I was dropping off the bin, one of the staff members was giving another customer attitude. Overall not impressed what’s so ever with this location and staff. Go somewhere else

They have incredible finds that you don’t have to hunt high and low for, because the store only buys their items in current, trendy and gently used condition; way easier than your traditional “by-donation” thrift store. Plus, they buy your clothes from you rather than taking your items as a donation and hiking them up to similar prices while you make nothing for them! I’ll admit, I started out not making a whole lot for my clothes. I brought in a lot of older items I’d been holding onto for several years and I walked out making maybe 9 dollars. But the staff are really patient and don’t mind explaining what it is their looking for and how their process works. I find myself understanding their process enough to walk out with over 100 dollars in my more recent trips. They’re also very transparent with their pricing and don’t mind removing anything from your buy that you’re not comfortable selling—some have even recommended me gently used websites and apps to sell my items on if I want to sell something privately! I come back and will continue to come back for the great finds and the helpful staff!

I took two full bins of items to them, coach and Kate spade purse, more than half was brand new with tags. I was told they were only going to take one t-shirt.(walmart brand) When I got home and looked at the bins nothing was actually looked at every item was still placed and folded how it was when I dropped them off. I will not be going back, I would rather drive the two hours and go to the st.catharines store.
