He is always very helpful and understands great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone, please make sure you drop off your clothes or pick them up when Ali is working and you will be treated like royalty. Thank you Platis Cleaners for making my life easier.

The owner and staff are very accommodating and will tell you if something can’t be cleaned or repaired, though they did manage to remove a large stain off of a white cashmere coat nobody else seemed to be a able to do. They place plastic collar stays in all dress shirts (men and women’s) as well little buttons at the cuffs, which is a nice touch not all places do. Also my favourite sequinned lace dress with imbedded corset that I’m sure wasn’t easy to clean came back with some sort of cardboard insert to keep the form, which is great because I really wanted to prevent the padding from getting squished/warping. Hours are fantastic, you get a text message when your stuff is ready and prices are in line with everyone else. No complaints!
L	Lucy Bian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this place! The ladies who work at the store are extremely friendly, however, Platis Cleaners destroy your clothes and here are the reasons why. I used their dry cleaning service for at least 2 times a month and I regularly brought 12 dresses on monthly basis. I have been going there for about a year now, they have gradually shrunk my suits (around $500) and dresses (around $500/dress). When I called Gus the owner, he asked me to bring my now size 0 suit skirt back and he said he will stretch them. What type of dry cleaning service stretch out their customers' clothes after the wash? With my other dress they have shrunk, it got so small that I bend over and the back of the dress has ripped. It's not like I haven't worn my clothing for years and now I send them for cleaning, I wear them regularly and I weigh myself regularly - they have shrunk them so significantly that they no longer fit. I am extremely upset with their product and they have ruined a total of $1,000 of my clothes.

Firstly, they have a huge sign on the door indicating that the store is open during COVID-19 lockdown in Toronto yet when I entered, not only was I initially ignored, the first thing said to me was "Do you have a question?". Why else would I go into a dry cleaning business during a city imposed lockdown except to get drycleaning done. Anyway the maskless person at the counter proceeded to finally attend to me while talking on the phone the entire time, I was able to successfully complete the drycleaning pickup I had scheduled but had to take my entire load of new items back home as it was clear they were not interested in attending to me.

I dropped off 2 tops and 3 dresses to be cleaned and when I went to pick them up it was clear they had not been washed at all. Additionally, they ripped the sleeve on my silk Aritzia dress and tried to hide it. After I discovered this issue they tried to blame me and charge me $90. Do not waste your time or money here.

Reminds me of the small town business people that I grew up with. I have never had a problem with this location. I've had alterations, dry cleaning and many shirts laundered here. Highly recommend!!

The friendly and hospitable staff facilitate a plesent experience every time. I have my work white shirts dry cleaned here tegularly and let me tell you I don't know how they remove those stains, but my shirts shine every time, and so do I when I wear them. Litterely reduse my stress knowing that my stuff will be handled with care. I highly recomend that you give them a try, satisfaction guaranteed.
